Figure of Eight Loop, 2019
Knotted Human Hair, Fluorescent Dye, UV Light

Three long strands of
knotted-together hair, stretch across the room. They extend from three different points on
​the walls and meet in mid-air to form a ‘figure of eight loop knot’.

​This installation sought to produce an experience in time and space; fluid or fragmented, in which we are able to hold the paradox found in the contrast of detail and vastness, movement and stillness, structure and changeability.
